BreakDown is a software subscription delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold. Returns do not apply.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds

Subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial charge are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days from the date of charge.

To request a refund, contact info@breakdownvfx.com with your name, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

BreakDown subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting info@breakdownvfx.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period beyond the 7-day refund window described above.

BreakDown is provided by Ken Wallace Films Inc. on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ken Wallace Films Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the software, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

Ken Wallace Films Inc. does not warrant that BreakDown will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software is free of viruses or other harmful components. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of BreakDown is with the licensee.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ken Wallace Films Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of production time, or disruption to production workflows, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use BreakDown, even if Ken Wallace Films Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Ken Wallace Films Inc.'s total liability to any licensee for all claims arising out of or related to the use of BreakDown exceed the amount paid by that licensee for the applicable license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
